While any licensed Colorado agent can operate statewide, we choose to focus on our hometown of Fort Collins and the surrounding communities of Northern Colorado, known locally as FoCo and NoCo. This is our wheelhouse. NoCo typically refers to the expansive stretch north of Denver along the I-25 corridor, including Larimer, Weld, and parts of Boulder counties.
With experience in Buyer Value Options (BVOs), relocation transactions, and sight-unseen purchases by out-of-state buyers, the team at Enjoy Realty has our clients fully covered. As a licensed property management company, we also offer access to both long and short term rentals, along with a growing list of trusted contractors and recommendations for everything from interior design to the best burgers and beers in town. Vegan dining? Bike trails? Running clubs? Tennis leagues? Live music? Because there's no end of options in and around Fort Collins, we are happy to offer our honest opinions.
What we don’t offer is a one-size-fits-all approach. Some buyers may find the median home prices in certain Colorado cities limiting. Perhaps they prefer a more rural setting, or want to be IN the mountains. That’s where we come in. We can tell you which areas near Fort Collins qualify for USDA financing, break down the infrastructure and character of different NoCo towns, and provide honest feedback about the culture, amenities, and commute factors for each. Need a small acreage? Prefer low-maintenance living for frequent travel? Want to be close to a hospital, a church, or a movie theater? Would you love a trailhead just a two minute jog from your front door? Whether you've never set foot in Colorado or are merely moving from South of Trilby, we’ll help narrow down the best options to fit your lifestyle and budget, even if it means visiting a dozen towns multiple times. A quick word on BVOs: Many clients don’t realize they can choose their own agent, as long as that agent is approved by the relocation company. These transactions require specialized experience, including managing the specialized forms/processes and providing broker market analyses (BMAs). In one case, Managing Broker Crip Erickson had to (successfully) advocate for his sellers when a relo company pushed to list their home for $65,000 (12%) below his recommended price. Often, relocation packages are indeed the smartest option for clients. Other times, they simply aren’t. It depends on what you’ll make, what you’ll save, and the quality of service you receive - and deserve.
