You may be wondering....
Why Enjoy Realty?
In the very beginning of 2017 after a dozen years in the business, Crip Erickson began a new chapter in his real estate career and became the employing/responsible broker of Erickson Realty. Looking back, the decision to go independent was, and still is, solid.
One major shortfall in the decision-making process of going independent was taking ten minutes to create the name Erickson Realty.
While incredibly common, having a brokerage named after the managing broker has numerous drawbacks. However, in keeping with our optimistic evolutionary step forward, it's far better to discuss why the new name, Enjoy Realty, came to be and why we're so enthusiastic about it.
First and most importantly, it's a positive name that perfectly encapsulates our fundamental mission: We simply want our clients to enjoy their experience.
Have you spoken with someone who's gone through a recent real estate transaction describe it as one of the worst experiences of their life? This phenomenon seems to be common throughout the industry, and while we can't promise that every single one of our hundreds of transactions has been flawless, our track record boasts a scarcity of miserable transactions and an abundance of satisfied, repeat clients.
We also aimed to create a more universally appealing brand that will open opportunities to new and seasoned agents alike. Furthermore, we want to give real estate transactions - and the office associated with them - a positive connotation. We still appreciate the love and admiration our clients, family, and friends have for the Erickson Realty brand and name, but we hope even more people will identify with and embrace the joyous ethos of Enjoy Realty.
Speaking of which, we also considered Ethos Realty for our new name. Initial feedback quickly lead to the question, "What IS your ethos?" The answer was to make the client experience as enjoyable as possible. Hence, we were inspired to simply put the ethos as the name itself.
As a brand and a concept, we couldn't be happier. After all, if you're going to do something why not start in a positive manner?
